Good Shepherd operates a Food Pantry five days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and by appointment for special needs.  Call 239.995.7711.  Let us know the number of people you need help for, and if they have special food restrictions or needs.  We prepare the items and bring them to your vehicle.

We also participate in a major community program called the Mobile Food Pantry with the Community Cooperative.  Each month (days and times alternate, so please call to find out the current event).  Hundreds of families are provided food each month here, from canned goods, to fresh produce, frozen meats, bread, treats, and more.  Recently, Good Shepherd was even part of a television news broadcast regarding our food help for those in need.

We also recently were contacted by Lee County officials to help with Homeless persons and their emergency food needs.  Due to Covid-19, many organizations who at one time filled this need, now no longer do.  Some, such as the local Salvation Army, are closing their activities in this regard because in their facilities they cannot do it safely right now.  Good Shepherd is now helping with homeless meals, too.  It is a lot of work, but God has moved our members, and strangers, to help us in this with gifts in kind for feeding people, and donations for special needs.
